When sending e-mail regarding a possible software defect, be sure to include the following information:

  • The exact version of the product you are using.
  • Which operating system you are running (i.e. Windows 98, NT 4.0, etc.).
  • A description of the problem you are having.  (The more detailed the description, the better we will be able to resolve the problem.)
  • Detailed steps to reproduce the problem, if possible.

We make every effort to respond to your e-mail in a timely manner.  We appreciate your business and understand that any problems you experience with our software should be addressed as soon as possible.  If you should ever feel that you have not received satisfactory service, please complain.
